A short tour of real work I have shipped using Claude Code as the primary builder, with OpenAI Codex acting as peer reviewer on every meaningful commit. Each project below is a production system I designed, built, and run end-to-end. Travel data engines, lead-gen funnels with programmatic SEO, hospitality operations platforms, and the analytics layer that ties it all together.
HeyMiles · Award Flight Search Engine
A consumer travel product I built end-to-end with Claude Code, inspired by seats.aero but rebuilt for the Brazilian mileage programs (Smiles, LATAM Pass, Azul Fidelidade). The relevant bit for Surf Office: a full travel-data engine, programmatic SEO acquisition funnel, and an operational scraping infrastructure that holds up day after day.

Public landing
GTM angle: Hero, value proposition, search widget and rotating airline highlights designed in conversation with Claude Code. No designer in the loop. Brand intent to live product, end-to-end with AI as primary builder.
Live search results
GTM angle: Filters, sort logic, deeplink schema, and the "Best Price / Fastest" tag system built with Claude. Backed by data the crawler engine ingests on a 24h cycle and enriches on demand. The same architecture pattern works for any travel-driven acquisition flow.
Programmatic SEO hub
GTM angle: Route landing pages targeting long-tail travel queries (1.2K monitored routes, dozens of dedicated pages). Claude wrote copy, schema markup, and the data-binding logic that surfaces live KPIs from the warehouse. Same pSEO playbook applied to a different vertical further below.
Single-route landing
GTM angle: Each route page renders live numbers (best price, available flights, direct count, programs monitored) pulled from Supabase in real time. Hooks into the same crawler-fed pipeline. This is the kind of compounding content layer a GTM engine needs.
Editorial travel blog
GTM angle: Aviation-news blog drafted with Claude from briefs. I curate the angle, AI writes the first pass, I edit for accuracy and tone. The same workflow scales any content-led acquisition channel.
Platform metrics
GTM angle: 273K+ flights monitored per year, 750+ active routes, 23+ airlines, sub-2s search. Numbers that only exist because the crawler infrastructure below holds together day after day.
The travel-data engine
The hardest part of HeyMiles is invisible: a scraping and enrichment infrastructure shipped solo with Claude Code as pair-programmer. The same operational discipline I would bring to lead sourcing, enrichment, and deliverability at Surf Office.
Reverse-engineered private APIs (Smiles, LATAM, Azul). Adaptive rate limiting, multiprocessing + asyncio, batch upserts.
FastAPI on Hetzner, Bearer auth, 10 req/min limiter, systemd + cron, 24h cache, email alerts on failure.

The acquisition layer for the hospitality business I founded. Built end-to-end with Claude Code: design, copy, conversion-oriented lead forms wired into the internal CRM, and a programmatic SEO engine generating 30+ long-tail pages for organic acquisition. GTM angle: Layout, copy, hero composition and navigation structure designed in conversation with Claude Code. Brand intent in, brand-correct site out, without a designer in the loop. The same speed-to-ship I would apply to landing pages, microsites, and campaign experiments at Surf Office.
Lead form wired to the internal CRM
GTM angle: Multi-step lead form with conditional branching, validation, and document upload. Claude built the entire flow and the integration that pushes leads straight into the platform from Project 03. New leads land tagged inside the CRM, ready to be worked.
Reservation form for meeting rooms
GTM angle: Booking-request form (date, start time, duration, party size) feeding the same scheduler shown in Project 03. Form schema and API handoff written in one iteration, then refined for editorial tone. Same playbook applies to retreat inquiry forms.
Top-of-funnel lead capture
GTM angle: "Try a free day" lead form. Claude proposed the friction-light field set ("what do you work with?" instead of generic message), wrote the qualifying questions, and shipped the submission flow that drops a tagged lead into the pipeline. Conversion-aware form design.
Programmatic SEO content hub
GTM angle: 30+ long-form articles targeting Brasília-specific long-tail queries. Claude generated the keyword map, drafted each piece, structured them with consistent metadata, and the index renders directly from MDX frontmatter. The compounding organic channel any GTM motion needs.
Single article, AI-written and human-edited
GTM angle: Claude drafted each article from a brief: keyword, intent, outline. I reviewed for accuracy and brand voice. Internal linking, schema, and reading-time generated automatically. Result: real organic traffic on bottom-of-funnel intents that the team converts through the same forms above.
Manifesto Coworking · Operations Platform
Custom-built management system for the hospitality business I founded. Replaces 5+ disconnected tools and is where every lead captured by Project 02 lands. Every screen below was designed in conversation with Claude Code: from data model to UI to chart logic. The operational backbone that turns marketing leads into paying members.

Acquisition & revenue reports
GTM angle: KPI hierarchy, time-series logic, granularity detection (daily / weekly / monthly), period comparisons with variance, and revenue composition bars. The reporting layer GTM Engineering needs to track funnel performance and ROI.
Retention & delinquency dashboard
GTM angle: ETL pipeline that pulls subscription data from Vindi, normalizes it, calculates delay buckets, and renders the table. Closing the loop on the funnel: acquired clients are tracked through retention and churn.
Meeting room scheduler
GTM angle: Reservation engine, conflict resolution, and pricing rules generated from a 2-page spec. Claude proposed the data structure, I challenged edge cases, AI revised. Fully working scheduler in under a day. Same shape any retreat-booking system needs.
Live office map
GTM angle: Pixel-style office layout with real-time check-ins, team presence, and last checkouts. Claude wrote the polling logic and the visual grid system. A side experiment that became a daily-used internal tool. Builder mindset in practice.
Competitor analysis
GTM angle: I gave Claude raw notes from market visits. It produced the executive summary, comparison tables, and structured insights. Strategy doc turned into a living internal page in one prompt cycle. The same loop powers fast competitive teardowns for GTM positioning.
Investor Portfolio Dashboard
Private dashboard built for a high-net-worth investor: patrimony, profit/loss, S&P 500 benchmark, top performers, asset allocation, and geographic distribution. Solo build with Claude Code in a few focused sessions; Codex reviewed the calculation layer. Client name redacted. Same reporting muscle that would track Surf Office's funnel ROI.
GTM angle: Claude built the visualization layer (Recharts + benchmark overlay), percentage and currency formatting, and the responsive grid. IR-style report described, working dashboard delivered same day. The same shape works for pipeline ROI, channel performance, and experiment dashboards.
From a 24-hour MVP to a 10-module hotel platform.

- Heavy Suryaa hotel management platform for a 5-star property in Curitiba (Dubai-based holding): 10+ operational modules, ~396 source files, SOAP/XML PMS sync (SIHOT), fiscal e-invoicing (NFE.io), channel manager (Let's Book), FIFO inventory, AP/AR, audit logs. Running stably in production for 1 year. Sole engineer.
- Mid Profy acquisition analytics with QueryGPT: natural-language-to-SQL with safety validation, cross-referencing 11+ tables for acquisition, retention and revenue. Non-technical stakeholders query the funnel in plain English.
- Mid Sistema DB: deep ERP integration (Bling v3, OAuth 2.0 across 7 endpoints, 48 API routes), webhook-driven enrichment pipelines, OCR inventory verification with OpenAI Vision. The same patterns that power clean lead enrichment funnels.
- Light Personal finance manager with WhatsApp automation: payment reminders, daily summaries, and category-based alerts. The 24h-MVP discipline.
